You have the right to return new and unused products within 14 days of receipt. Products must be returned in their original packaging.
If there is evidence that the product has been used to such an extent that the value of the product has decreased, you lose the right to a refund. Please note that the responsibility for returning the product, including shipping costs, is yours. Orders that may be lost upon their return to our company, can not be reimbursed.
